Andrew Coleman
Co-Founder

Likes: All things sports including skiing and weekly late night hockey games.
Andrew Coleman is widely known as one of the leading authorities on Search Engine Marketing. Prior to starting LeadQual, Andrew served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Finance at HomeGain.com, the second largest real estate site on the web.
During his six years at HomeGain, Andrew led HomeGain’s multi-million dollar SEM ad spend generating over 4 Million unique users from over 1 Million unique keywords, thousands of affiliates and hundreds of integrated partners. Under Andrew’s leadership, HomeGain became known as an undisputed industry leader in SEM strategies and tactics. Classified Ventures, acquired HomeGain in July 2005, to add to their growing list of leading Internet properties, including Cars.com, and Apartments.com.
Before Homegain, Andrew worked as the Vice President of Corporate Development and Finance at TeleHub Communications. He began his career at Price Waterhouse where he served in the audit and consulting practices. Andrew, a CPA, holds an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BS from the University of Vermont.
Glen Houck

Having spent years purely focused on Internet conversion, Glenn Houck is viewed as the industry expert on turning clicks into closed sales.
Prior to LeadQual, Glenn served as Senior Vice President at HomeGain.com, in charge of sales, marketing, product development and technology development. During his 6 years at HomeGain, much of whose revenue was derived by success based transaction fees from Internet leads, Glenn analyzed conversion behaviors and trained thousands of real estate agents and Brokers how to convert Internet leads to closed sales.
Glenn also developed conversion based technology tools to help agents and brokers close thousands of home sale transactions. Prior to HomeGain, Glenn spent 10 years at Pitney Bowes Credit Corporation, leaving in 1999 as Director of Marketing. Glenn holds an MBA from Sacred Heart University and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia, where he was a 3-year captain of the Varsity Swimming team and a first team All American.
John Erickson
Senior VP SEO and Technology

Likes: Traveling – especially Europe and Eastern Europe, avid skier, hiker and bicyclist. Being a father keeps John very busy with school sports, science projects, math homework and all those fun things.
John Erickson is a recognized SEO expert, with over 6 years experience with Search Engine Optimization. John also has extensive experience with online business models, search engine marketing, technology management, product strategy and project management.
Prior to joining LeadQual, John served as SVP Technology and Strategy at HomeGain.com, leading the application development, system support, project management and SEO teams. While at HomeGain, John developed HomeGain’s SEO program to gain prominent positions in all major search engines, driving significant traffic and revenue.
Prior to HomeGain, John spent 10 years as a technology consultant specializing in network technologies and strategies, and 15 years with US West and AT&T as a systems analyst and manager. John is fascinated by technologies and their use in creating and driving new applications and business, and is proud to be a mainframe assembly language programmer who has kept pace with the many exciting transitions of the Internet era.
Greg Coleman
Senior VP Business Development

Likes: Greg has travelled to all 50 states, and is now on a quest to visit all 50 state capitals.
Other than golf and travel, Greg spends his free time at hockey rinks watching his younger son’s hockey games, and on the pitch watching his older son’s soccer games.
Greg Coleman is responsible for sales and business development at LeadQual. Greg has more than 14 years of sales and business development experience in a number of technology-related companies. Most recently, Greg was the Vice President of Sales for OutStart, Inc. an eLearning and knowledge management software company.
Prior to OutStart, Greg was one of the original members of the executive team of Participate Systems and head of sales when it was acquired by OutStart, Inc. Before Participate Systems, Greg worked as the Director of Business Development at e.spire Communications responsible for partnership and alliances for the telecommunications, data & internet services provider, and Ameritech, Inc. in their mergers & acquisitions group leading transactions in the telecommunications arena. Greg received his MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management and graduated cum laude with BS in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Jason Ford

Jason is VP of Sales and Business Development for LeadQual having worked in the digital marketing and lead generation ecosystem for 10+ years. Before LeadQual, Jason was at TARGUSinfo as a Director of Strategic Accounts having opened their San Francisco regional sales office while responsible for maintaining and growing much of their West Coast sales footprint. TARGUSinfo is the leading provider of On-Demand Information services. TARGUSinfo’s unique identification, verification, and qualification services enable advertisers, agencies, publishers, lead generators, communication service providers and others to dramatically increase the quality of their services and the effectiveness of their marketing. TARGUSinfo was acquired by Neustar in October of 2011.
Jason also served as part of the launch team at Matchpoint.com, eventually being acquired by Company.com who acquired the technology platform to kick start their growth. During his time at Matchpoint.com Jason was responsible for revenue strategy and execution. Prior to Matchpoint.com Jason worked at Homegain.com (Classified Ventures) in strategic sales working to build out new revenue channels focusing on untapped growing markets. Jason also has worked for Arnold Advertising and Alloy Media Group in Boston. Jason attended Gettysburg College from 1994-1998 studying Business Management.
Patrick Wang
Director of Marketing Platforms & Operations

Patrick Wang has spent the last six years living and breathing the world of online advertising at Leadqual. Patrick was Leadqual’s 8th employee, and has developed Leadqual’s core suite of marketing platforms including Leadqual’s proprietary bid management algorithms, predictive customer lifetime value models, and large scale campaign management strategies.
Patrick is a MBA Candidate at the Berkeley Haas School of Business and holds a BA in Economics from UC Berkeley.
Patrick is also an avid Electric Car Enthusiast, owns the 10th Chevrolet Volt produced, and authors two electric vehicle blogs, www.mychevroletvolt.com and www.mycadillacelr.com. As part of this he’s been featured in a national Chevrolet Volt advertisement.
John Vivanco

John Vivanco brings over seven years of search engine optimization and web management experience to LeadQual. John’s career began in web design and development back in the late 1990’s, which naturally moved into search engine optimization strategies. SEO became an obsession and he built affiliate site after affiliate site to rank on highly competitive keywords. From there he took this expertise and passion out to clients and really focused in on helping local businesses succeed online, managing projects large and small, bringing teams where needed.
From John’s perspective – "SEO is not a quick hit unless you want to destroy your brand. It must be built from the ground up with real and engaging content along with user interaction so that it stands the test of time with any algorithm shift"
Through his combined experience in web development and SEO, John’s holistic view of search engine optimization allows him to quickly analyze client websites from the ground up, whether they have 2 million pages and multitudes of issues, or just a handful of pages.
Elizabeth Silvermaster
Director of Affiliate Marketing

Dislikes: Sudden Google algorithm changes, grumpy or arrogant attitudes, earthquakes.
Elizabeth Silvermaster stumbled upon affiliate marketing almost on accident in 2007. While trying to figure out the next direction of her career, affiliate marketing was recommended to her by a friend and fellow colleague – and quickly became a natural fit for her strong background in customer service, sales and marketing.
During her three years at Commission Junction, she was never afraid to approach different departments to understand how they intersected. Through these conversations, she developed a strong sense of all aspects of affiliate marketing from technical implementation, to fraud detection, to publisher model development, to revenue optimization.
Known as one of the most knowledgeable within the affiliate marketing industry, she is well connected and respected among her affiliate peers. She graduated from UCSB with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science – and on her down time enjoys traveling with her husband to anywhere tropical or mountainous, playing time management or strategy PC games, and laughing loudly and often.
Bob DeLorenzo
Director of Internet Response Team
Likes: Spends all of his free time with his family and three children, rooting for the Cleveland Browns and working out.
Dislikes: Mean people who hurt other peoples’ feelings, Pittsburg Steelers.
Bob DeLorenzo has 15 years of management experience. Bob started with LeadQual in early 2007 and has had the best experience helping the team grow to where it is now; Inc 500. Bob also has a strong passion for people and making sure they are happy.
Also previous to joining LeadQual, Bob managed the Inbound Sales Support/ Customer Service Center for one of the largest Health Insurance Carriers in Texas. He worked with HealthMarket for six years.
In 2004, Bob won Operations employee of the year for the East Coast Division of Operations.
Chuck Woodcock

Chuck started as an intern during the humble beginnings of LeadQual in 2006. After graduating with a BS from Fairfield University, he joined the team full time and the rest is history. As Manager of Implementations in Lead Qualification, Chuck works internally to both setup your campaigns and help them to launch quickly and efficiently. When not at LeadQual, he loves spending time with his Fiancé Samantha and their rescued Staffordshire Terrier Beanie.
