Careers

Our philosophy is that a happy team breeds productivity and creativity

We believe in creating a culture that cultivates opportunities for learning. We invest time in bi-weekly training sessions, where lunch is on us! Our training sessions ensure that our team stays at the forefront of a constantly evolving digital landscape. And hey, sometimes training sessions will lead to “fun-Fridays” – a chance to wind-down, and enjoy a cupcake and a beer.

Our workplace has an enviable work-life balance. Drop in and you are likely to find coffee brewing, a break-room full of snacks, a friendly Nintendo competition, and perhaps meet our four-legged part timer.

With “bagel-Fridays” you don’t have to worry about breakfast – Noah’s Bagels drops by with a variety of tasty carb-laden treats and shmears.

We also have fun company excursions, from white-water rafting to baseball games. Take a look at our Flickr account for a glimpse into LeadQual life.
